I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and came with a free safe box, but they were sometimes noisy. The service was extremely professional and kind, making my stay enjoyable. The location was amazing for underwater views and snorkeling ease, but the surroundings were dirty with unpleasant smells. The dining options were passable, more suitable for those with kids. The facilities were decent overall.
